This policy explains how GooCampus World(“GooCampus”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you use the MedPath Global Quiz. We only collect what we need to give you your results and, with your consent, to help you plan your medical career abroad. We never sell your data.

Information we collect

When you use the MedPath Global Quiz, we may collect:

• Your quiz answers.
• If you choose to view your results: your name, email address, phone number, and preferred country.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we never ask for sensitive information such as passwords or payment details.

How we use your information

• To generate and show you your personalized results.
• To email you a copy of your results or report.
• Only with your explicit consent — to contact you about international medical career guidance and relevant programs from GooCampus World.
• To understand and improve how the tool is used, in aggregate.

How we store and share it

Your details are stored in our customer-relationship system (Airtable) so our advisory team can follow up. We share data only with the service providers that operate this tool on our behalf — currently Airtable (lead management), Resend (email delivery), and Netlify with Neon (hosting and database). These providers process your data only on our instructions and may store it outside India. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide guidance and for our legitimate business records, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@goocampus.in. Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of further contact whenever you like. We'll honour your request promptly.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity and PostHog) to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. These tools collect usage data — pages visited and interactions — but do not receive your answers or contact details.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
